Horizons Youth Enrichment Program (HYEP) is a community-centered nonprofit serving the Hartford, Connecticut area. Founded on faith, love, and service, HYEP empowers lives through outreach, education, and engagement — bringing hope and opportunity to youth, families, and neighbors in need.
