Horizons Youth Enrichment Program (HYEP) is a nonprofit based in Hartford, Connecticut, dedicated to empowering at-risk youth, young adults, and neighbors in need through mentoring, education, and community outreach programs.

HYEP stands for Horizons Youth Enrichment Program, reflecting our mission to expand opportunities and brighten horizons for everyone we serve.

We serve youth and young adults facing social, academic, or economic challenges, as well as members of the local homeless community and families in need of support.

HYEP offers a variety of programs including:

• Community Outreach (meal programs, clothing drives, and wellness events)

• Workshops like Building Self-Confidence, Self-Esteem & Self-Love
